May 2017 trade ally newsletter

energySMART updates

    • Some residential and commercial rebates will change. Go to our website on June 1 for the latest information. New applications will be available on June 1. Please make sure to delete old applications and download the new versions.

    • energySMART will start serving customers previously served by the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO), including low-income households and public sector markets. We anticipate that the DCEO programs and incentive levels will have minimal changes, and that application processes might change.

    • Our program year will be extended to December 31, 2017. Going forward, the program year will be based on the calendar year (January 1 to December 31).

    • The “Contractor Circle network member” name will change to “Contractor Circle supplier member” to better reflect the type of participation in our program.

    • Watch for an email invite in early June for an “update webinar” on all of the program changes

  • We are updating our records. If you haven’t already, you may receive a call from our energySMART team to update or confirm your information in our database. We want to make sure we have your correct contact information so that you’ll continue to get our newsletters and updates. We appreciate you taking the time to confirm or update your information with us.

  • The process to login to the Contractor Circle online instant discount application portal has changed. Going forward, you’ll need your new 11-digit username to login, along with your password. Your new username will be emailed to you. Please contact us if you haven’t received one or if you have questions.
