“The technical experts on the New Construction team helped us identify many cost-effective energy-efficient features that could be added to the design of our buildings. By participating in the program, our university will reap these benefits for many years to come. There is no reason any facility shouldn't take advantage of this tremendous resource offered in Chicago and northern Illinois.” --Sumit Ray, PE, CEM, LEED, Director, Engineering & Utilities, University of Chicago |

“We will certainly make an effort to take advantage of the New Construction Service for all future projects. Since our firm is design build, it makes the most sense for us to be involved early in a project’s design to maximize the value of the program. This will not only allow us to produce a better building design, but it will also allow us to provide our clients with more opportunities for financial incentives and a better, more energy-efficient building.”
--Joe Blanchard, LEED AP, Meridian Design Build LLC
