Rebate Application Guidance

Verify Eligibility
Read all of the Program requirements included in the Participant Information and Rebate Information sections, prior to filling out your rebate application to verify you, your equipment/product and your installation are eligible.
Estimate Your Savings
Visit the Explore Natural Gas Efficiency link to the left and estimate your savings using the Business Energy Efficiency Savings Calculator, or download the Excel version of the savings calculator here.
Submit Complete Applications
All application fields must be completed for the application to be processed, unless the field is marked as optional.
Review the ‘Required Documentation’ Section
Listed on page 2 of the rebate applications, which are available for download on the Apply Now page, this section tells you exactly what is required to be submitted with each application.
Most rebate application denials are due to incomplete application submissions that do not include the required supporting documentation. Incomplete applications cannot be processed, and you can avoid payment delays by submitting all required documentation with your rebate application.
Utilize the Qualified Products List
Select a qualifying product by referencing the Qualified Products Lists which are available for select product categories.
If your preferred product is on the appropriate list for the rebate you are applying for, you are ensured it is eligible for an incentive.
If the product is not included, but you believe it does qualify based on the Program, equipment and rebate-specific requirements, contact us prior to purchasing and installing to ensure eligibility. For equipment and products not included on these lists, please submit a Manufacturer Specification Form with your rebate application which includes the efficiency information to allow us to verify the product qualifies.
Apply on Time
Applications must be submitted online or postmarked, if mailing in a paper application, within 90 days of installation. Don't miss out by delaying submission - visit the Apply Now page as soon as possible after installation is complete. Complete applications are processed and rebate checks sent in approximately 2 weeks!
